Are the items handmade?
Yes, all pieces are handmade and created using a mix of upcycled, secondhand, and new materials, so every item is unique.

Will there be signs of wear?
Some pieces may include upcycled or secondhand materials, so there can be minor signs of wear. Any major flaws will always be shown or mentioned in the product listing.

How should I care for my item?
I recommend handwashing where you can. If you’re using a washing machine, turn your item inside out and keep it on a gentle 30°C Wash. If possible, try to avoid tumble drying and air dry instead.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery time can vary depending on your location, once your item has been shipped, you should receive tracking information if available.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to these fees.
Unfortunately, these charges are the customer’s responsibility to pay and aren’t included in the item price or shipping cost.

Do you offer repairs?
If you have an issue with your piece over time, feel free to get in touch and I’ll always do my best to help with repairs where possible.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to me for repair unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
